One of the things I've been really interested in for quite awhile is...re-using clothing to different purposes.  This shows, of course, in the Memory Dolls and the christening gowns...but I've gone even further!

I was playing around with jeans purses and bit the bullet with my college jeans.  Don't we all have a pair of jeans that we loved for years and years and just could never consider getting rid of, even though it was long past prime?  I wish I'd taken a picture of them as jeans...but I didn't think of it until I was done!

I love to see the looks on people's faces when they see something that is so familiar to them, but in a new form.  Memories are precious - and if memories are tied to clothes, those clothes are wasted sitting in the back of a closet.
